UCR North District

The UCR North District project is a redevelopment project of the former Canyon Crest Family Housing site. It is anticipated to deliver approximately 4,000 to 6,000 new student housing beds and will provide a balance of privacy and community, enhancing the overall academic experience for UCR students.
