Third apartment building part of The Element development in the Village of Ashwaubenon. The site plan calls for a four-story, 68-unit building, that will be located immediately north of building No. 2. Development Director Aaron Schuette said "an item unique for Building No. 3 is the urban green space located on the southwest portion of the property" (Kevin Boneske, Press Times).
