Freight

Freight will be prepaid when shipping to commercial locations provided packages fall within small package carrier shipping

guidelines and are shipping within the Continental US. Full freight charges will be assessed on any shipment made outside the

Continental US. We will charge a $4.00 per blind handling fee on all small package carrier shipments. We reserve the right to use

the delivery method of our choice on larger or oversized shipments.

Freight surcharges

Fedex Ground Shipping - blind size up to 93 7/8" - $4.00 per blind handling fee on all deliveries.

$5.50 per order on any C.O.D. Shipment. This is in addition to the per blind handling fee.

Fedex Oversized Shipping - Fedex Express Saver - product sizes 94" -108" up to 4 units - $40.00 per blind.

This is in addition to the $4.00 per blind handling fee. Orders that fall into this category must ship via 3-Day Fedex Express Saver.

Orders with any blinds/components greater than 108” will be shipped via common carrier. Multiple over-sized blinds of 5 units or

more will ship common carrier. See common carrier shipping below for additional details.

Supersized Shipping - product sizes over 156” will incur a $1000 flat shipping charge.

Common Carrier Shipping - any order that has 50 units or greater, regardless of size, will charged the minimum $4.00 per blind

and will require a freight quote.

Order Reships

Reships due to incorrect address information will be charged actual freight.

Local Delivery Truck Routes

Orders for local delivery trucks with blinds over 108” will deliver via common carrier and will be charged common carrier rates

listed above. For orders containing product over 156” wide, the supersized common carrier charges apply.

This policy does not apply to expedited, Same Day, Express, Air Freight, Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping services.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include freight, duties or taxes for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Customer is

responsible for all shipping/freight charges and/or fees to these locations. 2nd Day and Next Day shipments to Alaska & Hawaii

will incur additional charges. Other surcharges may apply (i.e. residential delivery, lift-gate, ferry fees, inside delivery, limited

access, call before delivery, call notification, etc.) GST and VAT is not included in pricing. Please provide email address when

ordering for contact by the freight carrier.

Multiple Blinds On One Headrail

We do not recommend multiple blinds on one headrail over 108”. Unless blinds over 108” are delivered via our delivery truck to

your place of business, we will not warranty freight damage or repair/remake under our existing warranty. All costs associated

with freight damage are the sole responsibility of the dealer. It is our recommendation that 2 or 3 individual blinds are ordered

with one common valance in order to avoid possible freight damage.

Freight Damage (Must be reported within 10 days of receipt)

Fed-Ex If you suspect freight damage, contact Customer Service immediately. The damaged merchandise will be returned to

LEVOLOR for repair or replacement. Contact the Customer Service Department for further information. Reorders for

replacement are the responsibility of the consignee. If you discover concealed damage, retain all packing materials and contact

the Customer Service Department.

Common Carrier - All Shipments are FOB factory. If you suspect freight damage REFUSE the shipment. The merchandise will be

returned to LEVOLOR for inspection. After inspection, a repair or replacement will be made. Contact the Customer Service

Department for further information. Reorders for replacement are the responsibility of the consignee. If you discover concealed

damage, retain all packing materials and contact the Customer Service Department immediately.
